We can perform all types of water testing including but not limited to any and all local, county or state requirements.
We perform the required Westchester County Department of Health well water testing program. This is REQUIRED for the transaction of sale of a home in Westchester County that is serviced by a private well.
The sanitary code requires at a minimum the following parameters for compliance with the new law;
1) bacteria (total coliform) fecal colifom or Eschericia coli (e-coli)
2) chloride, nitrate, pH, arsenic,iron, manganese,sodium, lead
3) all primary organic contaminants (POCs) included in Part 5 of the New York State Sanitary Code 4) Vinyl chloride, methyl-Tertiary-butyl-ether (MTBE) and any other additional parameters required by Westchester County Department of Health
LANDLORDS need to test water on a regular scheduled basis for both residential and commercial properties. (please contact for further information)
